We accept returns within 30 days of delivery,  Refunds will be issued for the full order amount.

 

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at ellurify@support.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged item. We’ll assess each case individually and strive to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.

 

Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email confirmation. We will notify you whether your refund is approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within a few business days.

How long does it take to receive my order?
